North East Water operates and maintains over 1600 kilometres of water mains and pipes throughout the region.
We work to minimise the number of unplanned interruption to the water supply through planned maintenance programs. The programs comprise preventive actions, such as flushing and scouring, to ensure we fulfill our ongoing commitment to improved customer service.
Our continuous maintenance of the distribution network means the frequency of our unplanned interruptions is consistently among the lowest in Victoria.
