These are the specific duties that must be performed to achieve the primary objectives and against which, amongst other things, the annual performance review will be based.

Organisational Relationships:

Who the position directly reports to, if it supervises others and the internal and external contacts the position will have.

Job Characteristics:

These describe the individual traits of the position under individual headings, eg. Accountability, Specialist Skills etc.You do not need to individually address every point contained under each of the headings in your application, though you should make reference to those you wish to highlight where appropriate.Qualifications, experience, competencies and specialist skill requirements should however be addressed in your application.
